1. Service Referral Platform
TanklessFixer is a free nationwide referral service designed to assist property owners in connecting with independent, local tankless water heater plumbing specialists. TanklessFixer is not a licensed plumbing firm and does not provide direct plumbing, gas fitting, or electrical contracting services.
2. Licensing and Independent Contractor Verification
All plumbing technicians within our referral network operate as independent contractors. While we strive to partner with qualified, licensed, and insured professionals, property owners are advised to independently verify contractor state licenses, insurance credentials, and local municipality permit compliance before authorizing work.
3. Informational Content & Diagnostic Guides
All articles, maintenance checklists, and error code troubleshooting guides provided on https://tanklessfixer.com are intended strictly for educational and informational purposes. On-demand gas and electric tankless units operate under high gas pressure and voltage. Physical inspection, descaling, and repairs should always be conducted by qualified professionals.
4. Emergency Dispatch & Safety Warning
If you suspect a natural gas leak, carbon monoxide exposure, or severe structural flooding, immediately evacuate the property and contact your local gas utility provider or emergency services (911) before calling for routine or emergency plumbing dispatch.
