Each participating contractor operates independently. Workmanship guarantees, parts warranties, estimates, and payment agreements are negotiated directly between the consumer and the assigned contractor. TanklessFixer makes no direct warranty regarding specific repair outcomes or contractor performance.
3. Service Availability
While our network covers 12,910 cities across 51 states and jurisdictions, service availability, response times, and technician schedules depend on local contractor capacity, weather conditions, and regional demand.
4. User Obligations
When requesting service through TanklessFixer, you agree to provide accurate location details and describe system symptoms truthfully. If active gas leaks or severe water damage occurs, you agree to follow emergency safety steps including main valve shutoff and local emergency utility notification.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on https://tanklessfixer.com, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of TanklessFixer and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced without written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
